Know Justice Know Peace: an I.D.E.A. Enneagram Certification Program
(Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Anti-Racism)
Tolerance is not acceptance. Diversity is inclusion. If DE&I is a missing part of your skill set and organizational or community leadership, join us as we explore the diversity challenge through nine distinct lenses of the Enneagram. Together, we will deepen our capacity to advocate for humanity, foster meaningful connection, and lead with greater awareness, compassion, and courage.
This immersive certification experience includes two initial virtual sessions, a seven-day in-person Intensive, and a final virtual graduation session.
